The agency owner Major Orlando J. Perez II, U.S. Army, Retired, is a Florida licensed (C9200915, D2614263, G2602523) private investigator and security consultant with over 30 years of field experience. First licensed in 1973, he has owned and successfully operated four investigative companies in Florida, Alaska and Washington State. He is a honor graduate from the University of South Florida’s Criminal Justice Department, and a retired military police (commissioned) officer with the U.S. Army’s, Military Police Corps.
